The seminar hosted Art. Marc Mercier directeur of Video Instants Festival (Instants Vidéo Numériques et Poétiques, Marseille – France). He present the history of Vedio Art sience its beging in sixties of 20 C. till today, and he show some winers videos from Marseille Festival.
