- Promote lifelong learning through languages and Mediterranean culture.
- Promoting dialogue among different cultures, comparison and intercultural encounters in the Euro- Mediterranean area.
- Promoting cooperation of information society, environmental protection, tourism awareness, and safeguarding of cultural heritage of the Mediterranean
- Promote the recovery and preservation of heritage, culture, and Humanism in the Mediterranean countries, through the historical memory of the cultural, social and human communities of the region.
