The documentation of the Italian architectural and artistic Heritage in Alexandria is one of main target of ANPIEMED, therefore it was great owner to cooperate with one of distinguish professor of Italian architectural history in the Mediterranean Prof. EZIO GODOLLI, and the partnership of FLORENCE UNIVERSITY in organizing and hosting the first conference of documentation & safeguard of Italian architectural and artistic Heritage in Egypt.
The conference was Convene in Cairo for one day and in Alexandria for two day, it hosted about 15 Italians professors and researchers in addition to Egyptians to present their papers research of the Italian architectural and artistic Heritage in Egypt.
It was a fruitful opportunity for them to express their demands for the new constitution that was under construction, fortunately it was a successful gathering of representatives from political parties, groups interested, NGO, lawyers, sociologists, Muslim and Christian priests, intellectuals, and even universities students.
The sessions were full of serious discussions that end with a brief manifesto of constitutionals demands sharing from all participants.
